Kevin Hubsmith is the Vice President of Origination, focused on sourcing and developing sell-side M&A mandates in the lower-middle market. With a decade of experience working with founders, C-level executives, and business leaders—earning trust, listening closely, and advising as they navigate high-stakes decisions—Kevin brings a relationship-first approach grounded in transparency and long-term value creation.
Kevin is a graduate of New York University, financing his education as a founder of a tech startup, where he was responsible for revenue generation and user experience. His innate leadership instincts and entrepreneurial drive give him firsthand insight into founder-led businesses and the challenges and rewards they face, and he supports them in considering exit options and ownership transitions.
