Lisa specializes in facilitating M&A sell-side transactions for companies valued at up to $50 million in the Professional and Business Services, Health Care, Construction, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors of the lower middle-market.
Before joining True North M&A, Lisa was a member of the Management Team for Trust Point, specializing in retirement planning solutions for clients, and served business owners at Transamerica and Ameriprise in wealth advisory and retirement planning.
Lisa earned the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Presidents Club awards, the 2023 IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award, the 2024 IBBA Platinum Chairman’s Circle Award, and the Sunbelt Torch Award, which is presented to the advisor who “Through their actions and performance, fuels the entrepreneurial fire in buyers and sellers alike.” Lisa is also a Certified Business Intermediary.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University and an MBA from St. Thomas University.
