Over the last 30 years, Michael has launched and operated numerous start-ups and has served in various senior executive leadership positions with six national and international companies. During that time, he assisted with ownership transition issues with each of these companies. Michael also sold an e-commerce company he co-founded and led through 13 consecutive years of 30% annual growth.
His substantial hands-on experience in running companies gives him a unique perspective on starting, growing, and selling businesses. He understands how business owners think and uses his expertise to help develop near- and long-term strategies that deliver practical, profitable solutions.
Michael’s experience in all phases of the transaction life cycle helps clients define their business and life goals. He helps company owners establish a market valuation and articulate their business strategy. He facilitates sourcing qualified buyer candidates, guides sellers through due diligence, and offers negotiation to close the sale.
Michael holds the International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert designation from the Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and M&A Source.
