Certified Business Appraisals (CBA)
TNMA recommends a certified business appraisal for situations where the value of an asset may be challenged, such as in legal disputes. Market Value Range (MVR)
The TNMA sale process typically starts with our deal team estimating a price a third party will pay for your Company. This estimation is based on a thorough financial analysis, including the measurement of adjusted EBITDA, required Capital Expenditure Investments, free cash flow, and normalized net working capital.
