Nate Gajewski
Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst
Nate is a senior finance major at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. He developed a passion for M&A while working as an intern at a boutique lower-middle market firm during the summer of 2021. There, he gained experience in doing valuations, marketing, managing potential buyers through the IOI and LOI stages, and assisting in the legal due diligence associated with closing a transaction.
Nate developed leadership and communications skills by being one of two students to join the Willie Davis Finance and Investment Advisory Board at school and by competing in the CFA Institute Research Challenge. This annual global competition provides university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis and professional ethics.
