Nicolas Cindric works at True North as a sell-side advisor for lower middle-market companies. Prior to joining True North, he worked in a similar capacity for Cornerstone Business Services, where he worked on both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Previous to his work at Cornerstone, Nicolas managed the investment activities for The Cavill family office located in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, he was responsible for the acquisition, growth and divesture of a number of healthcare related companies.
Nicolas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science, Management from Purdue University and a Master of Science, Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin. He is an active angel investor and sits on the Boards of a handful of healthcare companies.
