Roan Morgan is a senior mergers and acquisitions analyst at True North, supporting deal execution efforts across the firm focused on the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory services. Additional responsibilities include industry and financial analysis and market research. He gained extensive experience in public accounting. Roan is skilled in technology and has excellent problem-solving skills and business intuition.

Roan graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a double major in accounting and finance (2019). He worked three busy seasons as a business tax professional at a regional public accounting firm in the Twin Cities. He worked on a wide variety of tax returns and related projects for many different industries. Roan passed the final part of the CPA exam in November 2021 and is currently awaiting licensure.
