Roan Morgan is a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at True North Mergers & Acquisitions. He supports deal execution efforts across the firm focused on the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory services. His additional responsibilities include industry and financial analysis and market research; he has extensive public accounting experience. Roan is also skilled in technology and has excellent problem-solving skills and business intuition.
Roan graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a double major in accounting and finance (2019). He worked three busy seasons as a business tax professional at a regional public accounting firm in the Twin Cities. Roan has worked on a wide variety of tax returns and related projects for many different industries. He passed the final part of the CPA exam in November 2021 and is currently awaiting licensure.
