Kirill Graminschi
Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Associate
Kirill supports transaction execution efforts across True North Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on strategic advisory services. In addition, he provides industry and financial analysis and market research. Kirill is skilled in financial modeling, has both M&A and global financial markets knowledge, has great business understanding, and possesses problem-solving skills and business intuition. He trains and leads the True North Mergers & Acquisitions’ team of analysts.
Kirill performed these duties at Sunbelt Business Advisors prior to the company’s additional focused launch as True North Mergers & Acquisitions.
Before joining Sunbelt, Kirill was an assurance associate at Ernst & Young in their financial services office, providing assurance services to Fortune 100 and 500 clients in the banking and insurance industries. Prior to that, he interned at Morgan Stanley and Shoreline Growth Partners. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance and a master of accountancy from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Kirill is a certified international mergers and acquisitions (IM&A) expert and certified mergers and acquisitions professional (M&AP), with designations obtained from the accredited Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in New York City.
He has advised clients both in the U.S. and internationally in building product distribution, product manufacturing, consumer products, senior living, information technology, medical devices manufacturing, general manufacturing, food manufacturing, and specialty construction.
