Wes brings a unique business perspective from operating at senior levels in small publicly held and private businesses with revenue ranging from $1 million to $80 million. Over the course of his career, Wes has managed corporate buy-side and sell-side transactions totaling over $100 million and has raised approximately $75 million in equity and debt capital to fund strategic acquisitions.
Wes’s experience working with sellers and buyers in a corporate setting is invaluable to clients who entrust their selling and buying experience to True North Mergers & Acquisitions.
His industry experience is diverse, encompassing medical device, light manufacturing, franchising, financial services, health care services, fitness/health management services, software and Internet commerce.
Wes is a CPA (inactive) and graduated from Iowa State University with a BBA in accounting.
