Betty is an accomplished healthcare and business operations professional with over 25 years of experience in service line strategy development, operational improvement and management, merger and acquisition transactions and customer service.
Betty brings a unique corporate perspective from operating at privately held businesses with revenues ranging from $6 million to $97 million. Over the course of her career, Betty has managed buy-side and sell-side transactions, including post-merger integration which provides a distinctive view of the importance of collaboration and understanding between buyers and sellers. She has managed over 100 top-tier client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Betty’s industry experience includes business services, revenue cycle services, software/technology and healthcare services.
Betty holds a Bachelor of Science, Health Information Management from University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Capella University. Betty previously served as President of Alamo AHIMA and Director of Region 11 for TxHIMA. She currently serves as Director of Corporate Relations for TxHIMA and is an active member of the American Health Information Management Association.
