MINNEAPOLIS – January 31, 2023 – True North Mergers & Acquisitions Managing Director Erica Gilson announced today that the firm facilitated a transaction in which Cosmetic Physician Partners of Edina, Minnesota, acquired Coachlight Clinic & Spa and Des Moines Plastic Surgery of Des Moines, Iowa. The transaction closed on December 9, 2022.
Coachlight Clinic & Spa is a premier, full-service medical and day spa. Des Moines Plastic Surgery specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, including augmentation and liposuction. Cosmetic Physician Partners is a private equity group with experience in the acquisition of medical spas and plastic surgery clinics and has brought together some of the leading operators of medical aesthetic clinics in the United States.
